Perth is made up of many locations under the Perth Region banner making where you choose to stay a key part of your holiday experience.  One of the greatest benefits of staying at Budget Apartments is its proximity to some of Perth’s leading tourist attractions.

Situated in Como, the property is only 7km south from the CBD, you’ll be able to get to these attractions via a short stroll, public transport right across the street, rideshares or with a car (cars for rent are available nearby, all you need are your international driver’s license).

Our apartments are not only affordable; they are also in a convenient location.  It is for this reason that we see repeat business from our overseas clients from as far as Italy and as wide as North America.

WA has some of the best beaches in the world and can have people easily spend a day or days by the beach and at cafes. It’s not just beaches we have on offer, there is an abundance of tall Karri forests to see and mountains to climb, there is much to explore. Perth receives great facebook and google reviews for our sunny disposition, diverse destinations, and beautiful landscape. Stay with us for your next holidays.

Rottnest Island  Western Austalia has beautiful islands to offer. Rottnest Island is a must-go paradise, a mere 30-minute ferry ride from Perth. Jump on board from any one of the following locations; Perth, Fremantle, and Hillary’s.

The Cultural Centre  At the heart of Perth is a block containing the state’s theatre, the library, and art galleries, all within a stone’s throw of each other.  You will be there in 15 minutes. Not to mention the abundance of live music venues, pop up stores and boutique theatres like the blue room.

King’s Park  You may be skeptical upon hearing that after a 10-minute drive or a 30-minute walk you’ll be amongst native bushland, but it’s the truth! Kings Park is the perfect place to spend time in if you are short on time, but still want to experience the smells of the Australian Outback (don’t forget to say hello to our beautiful 760 Y/O Boab tree, residing peacefully in Kings Park after traveling 3,200 km)

The Perth Coast & Fremantle  If you enjoy the beach, we recommend a drive up and down Stirling highway. Spend the day at the beach or explore awesome locations including Fremantle. Boasting wholesome, alternative vibes, Fremantle aka Freo is a place that resonates laid-back Australia with its music, a good cuppa, and quirky pop-up events happening left, right and center.
