About the Apartments

Budget Apartments is a block of 12 large 2 bedroom apartments situated on the edge of the City of Perth - 10 minutes to Perth city centre and 15 minutes to Fremantle. (See our Locality page for further information.)

The apartments are family owned and managed. Each unit is fully self contained, very clean, and includes a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, full size fridge, a microwave oven with all crockery and utensils supplied. The apartments are cleaned and serviced on check in and checkout only, however cleaning can be arranged during your stay if required.

Main Bedroom

The main bedroom has ample space and houses a queen-sized bed, double wardrobe and bedside table. The second bedroom comprises of a wardrobe and is fitted to travelers' requirements, whether that be 2 single beds, an extra rollaway bed or an extra mattress if required. Doonas, pillows and covers are of excellent quality, the apartments are cleaned prior to your arrival, all beds are made up with clean linen, clean towels and dish clothes are supplied on arrival.

We also have our own car park and on site laundry.

A five piece dining suite and at least 2x2 seater couches with a coffee table and colour television are offered in the lounge/dining area.

The apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and fridge, for those times when you want to have that "home cooked meal", or if you just want to keep your own supplies on hand.

All apartments have their own shower and toilet, as well as on-site laundry facilities and free off-road parking. Each apartment has its own veranda or courtyard so you can relax outdoors yet still be "close to home"

In consideration of others, smokers are requested to use the outside areas only for smoking.

Public transport is literally at the front door, and a short stroll will find you at the river's edge or local cinema, cafes, shopping centres or pubs.
